Attorney Timothy J. Bradl is a former Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney, where he worked in Boston, and throughout Suffolk County, by investigating and prosecuting criminal cases. For many years, he served on the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Homicide Unit and prosecuted murder cases. In addition to representing the Commonwealth in capital cases, he has handled appellate work before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court. Additionally, Attorney Bradl supervised the prosecution of all motor-vehicle deaths in Boston and Suffolk County and served on the Homicide Response Team.
Prior to his work at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, Attorney Bradl had a civil litigation practice with a firm in Boston and a firm in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I.
Attorney Bradl is a 1992, cum laude, graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where he was a staff and editorial member of the Moot Court Board. Attorney Bradl is also a graduate of Boston College.
Attorney Bradl is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts and New York. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, for the District of Massachusetts.
Since leaving the District Attorney’s office, Attorney Bradl has been engaged in a private criminal defense practice throughout eastern Massachusetts. He works out of our Boston office.
